All payments are arranged through PayPal, and the total cost will be shown before you place your order. You do not need a PayPal account to use the service and all major Debit and Credit cards are accepted.

deliveries

UK Delivery:
UK delivery is FREE. Packing and posting time is normally within 3 business days, and you will be informed when your artwork is on the way, along with a tracking code so you can check its progress.

EU Delivery:
Artworks between £30 - £60: £18
Artworks between £61 - £200: £30
Artworks between £201 - £500+: £60

Rest of the world Delivery:
Artworks between £30 - £60: £30
Artworks between £61 - £200: £45
Artworks between £201 - £500+: £90

The packing and posting time for international deliveries is within 5 business days, and you will be informed when your painting is on the way, along with a tracking code so you can check its progress.

returns and refunds

If, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your artwork, you have 30 days to return the item for a refund.
All refunds of the original purchase price are payable within 7 days following the artworks safe return.
Please note that where postage is free, return postal charges are non-refundable.
For EU and international returns, refunds will be based on the original price and postage paid.
